This is an exciting ride with quick turns and lots of surprises. When you head back in time watch out for the monstrous carnivores and be sure to get out before the Meteor the wiped out the dinosaurs hits earth.

Festival of the Lion King -- Disney loves their musical and the Festival of the Lion King is another one of a kind live show. The 30 minutes Broadway style production is in a state of the art air-conditioned theater. The Festival is based off of the hit Disney animated film The Lion King. Pangani Forest Exploration Trail -- Pangani stands for place of enchantment and this portion of the Animal Kingdom part fits the description well. The exploration trail is a lot like a Zoo, you can travel at our own pace and enjoy the animals, as you would like. The exploration trail is filled with hundreds of animals that are not native to the US and makes an exciting time for the whole family.

Everest

Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain -- The newest addition to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and perhaps the only ride not suitable for all ages. Everest is a must ride for everyone 44 inches and up.

The Tree of Life There are only so many 14-story trees in the world and one of them is in the center of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. At 50-feet wide this is the largest tree that I have ever seen. If you are at the park be sure to get up and close to the tree as the bark is carved into the shapes of 325 different animals. The Tree of Life is the center Piece of Disney’s Animal Kingdom and can be see from miles around. When you venture into the root system of the giant tree be sure to find the “It’s Tough to be a Bug!” theater and get out of the sun for the short 8 minute 3D film.
